All orders received are processed and shipped within 5 to 7 days.
You will receive an email confirmation that we have received your order.
Orders are shipped via UPS or Unites States Postal Service.
Unless noted, all orders are shipped UPS Ground or USPS standard mail.
If an item is not in stock you will be notified via email.
A UPS tracking number will be emailed to you so you can track your package(s) on line.
No shipping charges will be applied to orders over 150.00 provided they are not considered oversized as dictated by UPS shipping guidelines.
Standard UPS rates will apply to all orders under 150.00.
Your credit card is billed only when your product ships. You will be notified by email of the total charges to your credit card the same day your order ships.
If you are unhappy with your purchase simply return it within 30 days for a full refund (excluding freight).
